"The doctor said to my daughter If they had forced themselves on you, there should have been marks on your body but you dont have any. You must have done this of your own free will. Palaks mother said that her daughter, already traumatised, felt humiliated and scared after the medical exam.
Palak (name changed to protect her identity), a Dalit woman, was 18 when she reported being kidnapped and raped in Madhya Pradesh, in June 2013.
As part of the legal reforms after the gang rape and murder in New Delhi in 2012, denying medical treatment to rape survivors is punishable under section 166B of the Indian Penal Code with imprisonment for up to a year.
Health providers have a dual role when it comes to responding to sexual violence. Apart from collecting forensic evidence for any criminal investigation and prosecution, they must provide therapeutic care to survivors including addressing their sexual, reproductive and mental health problems.

Doctors in India Continue to Traumatise Rape Survivors with the Two-Finger Test
Doctors in India Continue to Traumatise Rape Survivors with the Two-Finger Test

Many of the human rights organizations have their agenda against developing and non-Christian countries, political or Christian; even Amnesty International. We do not give much credence to their reports. However, the Supreme Court has said that the two-finger test has no importance. Does that mean that married woman or an unmarried woman who has had a sexual experience cannot report rape? The Supreme Court understands this and which ever court was hearing that case should have taken note of the incident. It is a violation of rights of privacy.

We do not need to be a super power. We already have some 100, 120 bombs and the means to send them to distances as far as 5,000 kms. We have the a disciplined army which is fourth largest in the world. That is enough for all our defense purposes. We have many friends in the world.

All fair points. Pretty sure a plague or virus will take care of you lot, though, with the absolute filthy conditions your Dhalit street shitting citizens engage in. Indians like to meme about their nation and humble brag about it, similar to what you just did. Hence the saying. But seriously, 60% of your country defecates in the open. A population of 1 billion, so 600 million. That's literally more than the entire rest of the world; combined. Nice job Pajeet!
Must be why all of your most educated and intelligent residents are leaving India for Canada, Australia, and England, right? Because your country is just so amazing dude.

Now we have a government which cares and by 1919, this problem will be taken care off.

It is not only the educated but the uneducated with manual skills who go to other countries to earn better money. But it does not mean that India is left with no educated or skilled people. By now, we are perhaps have the largest population in the world (more than China, some people doubt the Chinese statistics). It is a free world. People will go wherever the opportunities exist.
