Anti-Superstition Parties
Anti-Superstition Parties
The Friggatriskaidekaphobia Treatment Center -- the irrational fear of Friday the 13th.
It is about anti-superstition parties that the Philadelphia Freethought Society has had, parties on that date.
I've never been able to attend, but if I did, I know what I'd attend as.
I'd show up as a stereotypical wizard, complete with a long robe. On it, I'd put zodiac signs, a flat Earth, flying saucers, and the like. I might also bring some bean dip as a way of making fun of Pythagoras's belief in the wickedness of eating beans.

Lima beans are pretty high in carbs.
from labels on cans:
green beans 1/2 cup (120g) 4g carb
lima beans 1/2 cup (126g) 19 g carb
That all becomes sugars after digestion, mostly glucose from starches.

There is no such thing as "politically correct." It's code for liberalism. The whole idea of "political correctness" was a brief academic flash-in-the-pan in the early 1990's, but has been a good conservative bugaboo ever since.
