Anyone think the chummy relationship between intelligence people and the media is nothing to be concerned about or real? Why then are so many of these intel people allowed to get behind a microphone and in front of a camera so often?

What? Politico, which doesn't often say much of anything worth repeating, agrees? Though one point lacking in the story is that the jobs are also probably payback for furnishing intel for shows like Rachel Maddow's.
